Full Priced Merchandise
We hope that you fully love your products! So, if you are not satisfied or change your mind for any reason, no worries! Within 30 days of the receipt of the parcel, you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the item's value or exchange your items.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return requests. Please include your name, order number or receipt, email address, shipping address and reason of return in the return request.
(Customers will pay the carrier when shipping return or exchange).
We are sorry! We do not accept exchanges or returns on items on sales unless the items are faulty or incorrect.
Returns & exchanges requirements:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase
- You must present a valid receipt.
- All original tags or stickers must be attached.
- All goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened and in their original packaging.
We understand that certain products do not always agree with every skin type. ID Cosmetic Clinic Shop will refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. Please contact us within 48 hours of first use if the product caused any allergic reaction. ID Cosmetic Clinic Shop reserves the right to request a doctor letter or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredient, please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.
How to Mail Back Your Items
- To complete a return request, please email: email@example.com, with your name, order number or receipt, email address, shipping address and reason of return.
- Return your items in their original packaging along with original packaging. The returning package must be returned prepaid with Canada Post to this address*:

*Please note that any returns without prior contact are not accepted and you will not receive a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and talk with one of our sale associates to complete a return request.

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 3 to 5 business days. As soon as your return or exchange is complete, we'll e-mail you.
Visit our store* to return an item purchased from shop.idcosmeticclinic.ca or any item from in-store. Please bring your item, receipt/proof of purchase, as well as the payment method (debit/credit cards).
If you ordered your item online, please contact us at email@example.com before coming to the store to drop off your item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our Full priced Merchandise and Sale Merchandise sections. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. ID Cosmetic Clinic monitors customer activities and if there are any signs of abuse or any excessive or potentially fraudulent return activities, we will no longer accept returns from that customer.
Sale associates has rights to refuse any return or exchange if the customer doesn’t follow the proper procedures.
All returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customers. ID Cosmetic Clinic is only responsible for providing the address and are not responsible for lost items during the return.

Problem With the Order
If there are any problems with the order (ex. Item not arriving, wrong item sent), please contact us directly by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or contact us by phone (905-477-2225) during available work hours. One of our sale associates will help you and start with the return process. Please note that ID Cosmetic Clinic is not responsible for lost items during the shipping process.
